In a special exhibition, Ajdan reveals its upcoming projects
February 2024: Ajdan Real Estate Development proudly announced its sponsorship of the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition. Taking place from February 18 to 21, 2024, in Riyadh, under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majed Al-Hogail, the exhibition features various local companies related to real estate and housing development.
Ajdan, the diamond sponsor for this major real estate event, unveiled its latest projects during the exhibition, including the Raseen Residential Project located in the Sidra district of Roshn. The first phase of the project, comprising 284 residential units, has been launched. Other showcased projects include Infinity in Al Khobar, featuring three towers with 486 residential units and diverse commercial units, and Darah Project in collaboration with the National Housing Company, offering 2,689 housing units in various cities and regions of the Kingdom.
Regarding its diamond tier sponsorship of the exhibition, CEO of Ajdan Real Estate Development engineer Mohammed Alotaibi, explained that this sponsorship comes as a support from the company for the efforts undertaken by the Kingdom in light of the Vision 2030 to develop and revitalize all aspects of life in the Kingdom. Engineer Mohammed Al-Otaibi welcomed visitors to Ajdan's booth during the course of the exhibition, where they unveiled their latest projects, including Raseen in collaboration with Roshn, and several other significant projects in partnership with the National Housing Company. These projects offer unprecedented financing options with a minimal profit margin of 2.59 for housing support beneficiaries, without specifying a salary cap.
