ROSHN Group has renewed its partnership with Ajdan Real Estate Development Company, signing a SAR 317 million sales and purchase agreement for the development of residential units in Phase 2B of the SEDRA Community in Riyadh.
Under this agreement, Ajdan will construct 302 residential villas on a 90,650-square-meter plot over a 36-month period. This collaboration builds on our successful partnership with Ajdan, contributing to the growth of the Kingdom's real estate sector and aligning with Vision 2030's goal of increasing homeownership.
Mohammed Abdulmohsen Al-Otaibi, CEO of Ajdan Real Estate Development Company, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, aligning with Ajdan's strategy of developing lifestyle-focused communities.
